This anonymous poetic work was started in 1039 (1629-30) by a poet with the pseudonym Kadiri and was completed in Zilka in 1041 (1631-32). It was presented to Murad II (1032-1049). The poet's name is mentioned in many poems. This poetic work, which contains 12000 couplets, is sometimes in the form of a mesnevi and sometimes in the form of an ode. He congratulates Sultan Murad's war and praises Devletgira. It is a sufi work with many constant and moral advices, talking about the cruelty of the Crimean people, the people of Kefe's prohibition against tobacco, the cruelty of the Han servants, the destruction of the Black Sea coasts by the Russians, the raids of the Russians up to Yeniköy on the Bosphorus, the moral corruption of the people of Istanbul, and the evil of bribery.
