| Notes | 1st volume. The work is the translation from French to Arabic by Ali Azzûz of the work titled Précis de l'art de guerre, written by a French general named Baron de Jomini (1779-1869). In Y.1b, the flag is painted in watercolor. In Y.1b, the edges of the other page are surrounded by a wide border in blue and lilac colors, and the same style of roses and motifs are drawn and inspired in various places. Y.34b and 35 each have a plate with Kufic script on a blue background. |
