The author of this work is the historian and poet Ta'liki-zade Mehmed Subhi Çelebi b. Muhammad al-Fanari III. He was found in Murad's council book and was executed in 1008 (1599-1600). This work describes and tells the story of Özdemiroğlu Osman Pasha's conquest of Tibriz. See O.M. III, 34. |
