| Notes | The tables are illuminated and the rulers are gilded. Red leather and marbling binding. Our knowledge about the owner of this divan is that he was a Mevlevi dervish, dated between 1207 and 1209 and III. He wrote an ode to Sultan Selim and his council was completed in 1210 (1795-96). In one of his poems, he refers to Sheikh Galib as his sheikh. |
