Notes The zahriyes, the title sheets and the beginnings of the words are beautifully illuminated, and the page edges are decorated with exquisite rings. Only 15 leaves are inscribed, and the others are only ruler-shaped. Brown leather and marbling skin. There is the Seal of Sultan Mahmud I on the first leaf. This council is the 16th of the Ottoman sultans, sultan Osman b., who was born in 1013 (1604-05), ascended to the throne in 1027 (1617) and was martyred in 1031 (1621). It belongs to Ahmed Khan. He used the pseudonym Farisi.
