It is the work of Shahrizade Mehmed Said Efendi (D. 1178 / 1764), inspired by Lütfi Pasha's work called Kanunname-i Süleymani, written by Suleiman the Magnificent, and the treatise of Abdüssamed Übeydi, a nobleman of the reign of Sultan Ibrahim, about him. It was presented to Vizier Mehmed Pasha during the reign of Mahmud I. |
