Notes Miclep brown leather and marbling skin. This work was written by Seyyid Mustafa Çenabı b. It is a general history of Islam written by Hasan el-Hüseyni in Arabic under the names of Finally el-meram ve bahr cevahir el-kelam and translated into Turkish by the author under the names Dürrî-i meknum ve sirri maşun. It was presented to Sultan Murad III. The work is divided into 63 fathers and includes the history of the Ottoman Empire up to the time of Murad III (982/1574) with its Prophets, Caliphs, Umayyads, Abbasids, Fatimids, Sharifs in the Haremene, the governments of Andalusia, Deylem, Morocco, Magrib, etc. See S.O.II, 88; Flügel, II 87; Babinger, 108
