Notes The layout is beautifully illuminated, the rulers are gilded. Dark red leather binding with miklep and şemsel. The origin of this story is old. It is taken from an Indian tale and translated into Persian with the name Sindbâdnâme and into Arabic with the name ArbKin şubk and mesa. It was translated into Turkish by a person named Ahmed Mışıi as the story of Forty Viziers and published in II. It was presented to Sultan Murad. The subject of the work is the stories conveyed to the sultan every morning by forty viziers in order to reveal the innocence of the prince who was wanted to be murdered by his stepmother. The work is described at length in Rieu, 216”, 219”.
