It is understood from the record that it was dedicated to Hırka-i Saadet by Sultan Mustafa (1695-1703) in 1107 (1696). In Y.1b 2a, there are two circle-shaped zahriyes, in Y.2b and 3a, the whole page-wide plates, sura heads, armchairs, roses and the hatime page have exquisite illuminations, stops and rulers are gilded. It is highly likely that the illuminations were made by Kara Memi. Rich and artistic black leather binding with miklep, şemse, corner and inscription, gilded and embossed coating, and the inside of the cover is embossed in the same style.
