Sample Text
Praise be to God, the One Creator, who is responsible for the sustenance that is absolutely due to Al-Muhammad... And since most of the worldly and hereafter pleasures are found in eating delicious foods and drinks, and anointing one’s clothes and body is something that brings people closer to the beloved ones, that is why I compiled this book and called it the Book of the Connection to the Beloved in describing good things and perfumes, and I did not put anything in it until after I had ridden it repeatedly and consumed it repeatedly.
