Praise be to God who made the principles of jurisprudence the prophet of laws and rulings and the basis for knowledge of what is permissible and what is forbidden... And after that, since the book Al-Manar was the last book of principles... I called it the Book of Noor Al-Manar in the explanation of Al-Manar.
