Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds... As for what follows, this is a summary of the fundamentals of the religion, a collection of the definitive words of the earlier people of truth and those who came after it... I made it an introduction to my book called... with distinction from what Al-Zamakhshari entrusted. Praise be to God, Glory be to Him, taking precedence over every important matter, so praise be to God, the Great, the Most High, the Most High, the Possessor of Glory and Glory...
