Good Ottoman nasta‘līq. 15 lines. Red headings and overlinings. Text frames, in black and gold, f. 1-59 only. The illuminated heading on 3v and margin illumination on 3v-4r are of fair quality; those on 38v and 38v-39r are excellent. Good off-white paper. Slight damp staining in margins, f. 92-142. 142 folios. 188 x 111 mm.; text area 133 x 58 mm.; text lines 125 x 55 mm. Deep red morocco covers with blind impressed medallion, flap. Purchased from Christie's (3 April 2009, Lot 49).
