Notes Miscellaneous works on Chishti Sufism and poetry. Volume not dated; items band c dated, 17 Ṣafar-19 Rabīʿ I 1149/27 June-28 July 1736. Large and rough scribal nastaʿlīq and shikastah āmīz hands. Stamped foliation. Lacks original covers. Binding damaged and detached from gathering; leather boards with exterior edged with narrow band of gilt tooled Greek key design, doublure of pebble marbled paper with leather edged in narrow band of gilt tooled floral scroll. Original European-style opening bears the ex libris of John Lyall Findon (motto: An I May), reused and inverted with the addition of Persian paper labels on exterior. Folios unbound, stains, wormholes, later repairs. Condition fragile. IOL microfilm detailed below.
