The binding has come off and many folios are loose. In some folios there are galleries, stains and ink degradations that sometimes affect the text. In March 2014, researcher Sonsoles González reports the existence of fungi in the scanning electron microscope (SEM), used in the analysis of several manuscripts for the realization of the doctoral thesis material characterization and the codicological study of the Arabic manuscripts dated from the EEA collection, Distribution, Edition: González García, Sonsoles. The center circumference houses the digit two in Roman numerals “II”; whereas, the other circumference houses the letters “LM” in capital letters. Vase with handle from which protrudes a flower of five petals each of them finished in three small circumferences arranged in pyramidal shape. The central petal ends in another four-petaled flower. Three circumferences arranged one below the other and crowned with a hollow cross.
