Notes Collection of ḥadīths. The text is followed on fol. 188b-189b by a short text by the author explaining the reason for designating himself as Mālikī and Ḥanbalī, entitled: "Faṣl fī bayān qawlī fī al-tarjamah al-Mālikī madhhaban al-Ḥanbalī iʻtiqādan", comprising a statement about belief according to Abū Ḥanīfah, Mālik, al-Shāfiʻī and Ibn Ḥanbal. According to the end of the text, the composition was completed in the second month of the year 1198 [Dec. 1783-Jan. 1784] (fol. 189b). | Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 1a). The same title appears in the preamble of the text (fol. 2b, l. 1-2)., Layout: 27 lines per page., Collation: Paper ; fol. 190 ; collation notes in the margin ; chiefly quinions ; quires signed: 1-19 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Description: Written in medium small script in black ink with use of red.
