Notes	Parts of a treatise on Ḥanafī law, a summary of the author's al-Muḥīṭ al-Burhānī fī al-fiqh al-Nuʻmānī (see note on the book and its realtionship with al-Muḥīṭ on fol. 1a), comprising Kitāb al-Siyar from Faṣl 12 to Kitāb al-Uḍḥīyah. The copy is divided into two parts, from fol. 1 to 75 (fol. 73b-75b: Blank), and from fol. 76 to 167 (fol. 76a-77b: Blank, except for ownership statements ; fol. 167: Blank). \| Ms. codex., Title from fol. 1a., 39 lines per page. Written in thick medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Very densely written. Glazed European paper with watermark. Note on fol. 1a indicating the name of the copyist and of the owner, with names obliterated. A note on the upper corner of fol. (i)a explains that this is Part 3. Table of contents on fol. (ii)b. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "221 [following line] 37". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 908"., Incipit: الفصل الثانى عشر من كتاب السيّر فى نبذ الامان يجب ان يعلم ان نبذ الامان الي اهل الحرب يثبت شريعته بالكتاب والسنة, Explicit: وان كانت افضل يصدق بفضل ما بينهما هى مسايل الخومينى والله تعالى اعلم بالصواب كتاب الوقف \| Yellow paper pasted over paper pasteboards for upper and lower covers.
