And then the poor servant Abdul Mu’ti Ibn Salem Ibn Omar Al-Samlawi says this A few jurisprudential rulings that those who cannot afford it need... -- [Alarming Muftis] In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God, the One who gives the flow, the One who guides, some jurisprudence... And after that, these are important facts and clear answers to them that I collected from my book Al-Nafhat Al-Qudsi..., Colophon: [Collecting Issues] The completion of writing it was on the blessed third day of the twelve months of Rabi’ al-Kharman in the year 1178 thousand. And one hundred and seventy-eight of the Prophet’s migration be upon its owner. The best prayers and the most honorable peace, may God’s prayers and honor and glory be to you -- [alarming the muftis] The fatwas have been completed with praise to God and His help and good success in complete perfection to our master and master Sheikh Abd al-Muti al-Samlawi al-Shafi’i, may God forgive him and reward him well for what he has done.
