Article 1: The National Council approved the extinction of the Qajar dynasty and the reign of His Highness Reza Khan Pahlavi on the 9th of Aban at one o'clock in the afternoon. The people of Kaveh congratulate all Iranians. inqirāz̲-i salṭanat-i Āl Qājār va salṭanat-i Aʻliyáḥaz̤rat Raz̤ā Khān Pahlavī rā taṣvīb namūd. Jamʻīyat-i Kāvah biʻumūm-i Īrāniyān tabrīk mī-gūyand.
