Notes	A treatise on the readings, orthography and compilation of ʻUthmānʼs Korans. \| Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 1a)., Apparently this is the only known copy., Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 84 ; catchwords; Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 12 lines per page; Frame-ruled in gold, blue and black., Description: Rubricated ; gold overlining and other markings on opening spread, and in red through the remainder of the MS; MS in good condition except worm-eaten., Decoration: Elaborate illuminated headpiece of gold, blue, white and orange with the basmalah in silver/grey., Origin: Probably late Colophon: with the waw in the sixth chapter, and God knows best, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, completed m \| Contemporaneous? type II (with flap) binding in brown leather.
