Collection of ḥadīth, arranged according to legal questions. | Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 1a)., Physical description: 13 lines per page. Written in medium, small naskh in black ink with use of larger script in red ink for entries (black ink from fol. 29a on). The text is partially vocalized. Thick dark cream paper, with a few visible lines. Ḥāshiyah on the margins., Inscription in Arabic numerals on a label pasted on pasted down of the upper cover: “57”., Collation: Paper, fol. 81 ; 1-7¹⁰ 8⁸ (+ 2 at beginning of quire, fol. 71-72) i (fol. 81; later added fly-leaf, with inscription on the recto; European paper with watermark)., Origin: According to colophon, copy completed on Sunday 4 Rajab 725(?) [June 16, 1325] (fol. 80b)., Incipit: Praise To God, Lord of the Worlds, praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, abundant, good and blessed praise be to Him, as our Lord is due and pleased, and as He is worthy of it, and prayers be upon our Master Muhammad... This is a set of prophetic hadiths that indicate chapters of jurisprudential rulings that I took from the Sahihs of the two Imams Al-Bukhari and Muslim, or one of them... The Book of Purity, Chapter on Water, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: None of you should urinate in constant water that does not flow. Explicit: This is if you admit it. So she was stoned, and she confessed, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered her to be stoned, so she was stoned.
