Commentary on Tawāliʻ al-Anwar min Maṭāliʻ al-Anẓār by ʻAbd Allāh al-Bayḍawī (d. ca. 685/1286). See detailed table of contents on fol. 2b-3a. | Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 1a)., 27 lines per page. Written in neat medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Thick dark cream paper with laid lines visible. Marginal annotations, mostly by the same hand as the main text. Some notes are attributed to Iṣfahānī, d. 749/1348 (see fol. 6a). Inscriptions and verses of poetry on fol. 1a-2a. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Foliation in red ink using Arabic numerals (starts with "2" on fol. 4a). Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻAqāʼid Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 244"., Incipit: Ahmadullah Hamda fails to realize most of the reasonable minds ... but after he learns that the honor of knowledge is known ...
