The author of this work was a grandson of Abū Yaḥyá Zakarīyā al-Anṣārī. The work was composed 1054 [1644]. Title also on label on case. Title page has inscription and signatures. Inscription about divination from letters of the alphabet (fol. 1b). Description of the author's chain of scholarship (fol. 2a)., Collection: Paper ; fol. ii + 194 + i ; catchwords; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 21 lines per page., Description: Entries in red and green; watermarks (crown-star-crescent) ; MS in different hands and on different types of paper ; MS in good condition., Origin: According to colophon copied 1088 (fol. 193a)., Incipit: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and with Him is the help.
