Part of a commentary on al-Muḥaqqiq al-Ḥillī's al-Mukhtaṣar al-nāfiʻ, comprising kitāb al-ʻitq through kitāb al-qaḍāʼ. Text begins on leaf 3b and is preceded by three pages of notes and a fihris on leaf 2a. | Ms. codex., Title supplied by cataloger, per Mach and Ormsby., On spine: Label reading "Kitāb al-ʻitq" in Arabic script., Physical description: 23 lines per page; written in black on glazed, laid European paper. Leaves 3b-153a are in naskh, and leaves 155a-235a are in nastaʻliq with elements of shikastah. Rubrication and catchwords. Top of leaf 235a is torn away.
