This document contains the published copies of 3 telegrams. The first telegram is signed by Hayʼat-i Muttaḥidīn-i Āz̲arbāyjān and is addressed to the members of Majlis. It strongly criticizes the attitude of the people's representatives by staying quiet and ignoring their demands for drastic action against the Qājār rule. The second telegram is signed by Hayʼat-i Mukhtalifah-i Muttaḥidah-i Gīlān. The members of the Hayʼat in Azarbāyjān ask its members in Tehran for more news about situation in Tehran and the Majlis. They demand more action to organize an uprising against the central government. The third telegram is signed again by Hayʼat-i Mukhtalifah-i Muttaḥidah-i Gīlān and is addressed to the "Maqām-i muḥtaram-i Majlis-i Shūrā-yi Millī" It asks if they have made decision to depose the Qājār king and act to form the committee of "Majlis-i Muʼassisān" immediately. | Persian Broadsides Collection no. 79., Text dated: 8 Ābān.
