It is followed on fol. 11b-12a by an appendix (fāʼidah) signed ʻAlī al-Amlīṭī? al-Mālikī concerning a proposition by Ibn al-Hāʼim at the end of Ghāyat al-suʼūl, and by a short text in verses on fol. 13b-14a (ends abruptly). | Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 1a)., Contains charts. Inscriptions on fol. 13a and 14b. The tables in Text 1 are numbered using Abjad., Collation: Paper, fol. 14 ; 1¹⁰ 2-3² ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: Number of lines per page varies., Description: Written in medium small to large script in thick black ink with use of red. Each line in Text 2 is written over two pages.
