Sample Text It is a work created and bound by bringing together 7 different manuscripts (Manuscript numbers: MS 350, MS 351, MS 352, MS 353, MS 354, MS 355, MS 356). 350 AD: The first four leaves at the beginning are blank. The work is the first treatise of a volume containing books and treatises on geography and astronomy (for others, see 204/II etc.). The work, which is a geographical treatise on the movements of the sun, consists of 12 chapters. In some copies, the name of the work is Şerh-i Acemiyye. There is a brief explanation about the zodiac signs at the end of the work (6b). 351 AD: The last part of the work is “sixth chapter: istihrac of the district of qibla” (11b). But in 13a, there is again the title "sixth chapter: in the declaration of the district of time and the direction of the qibla and the direction of the qibla." The work ends with this title. It is most likely missing. The name and author of the work are unknown. It is possible that it is a translated work (see TÜYATOK, 45 Hk 1692/2.). About time determination in 13b-14a. explanations. AD 352: The work is a book consisting of five articles and one hundred and twenty chapters, covering some topics related to maritime, astronomy and geography. There are Arabic explanations in some page margins (e.g. 53a-55a; 56a, 57a-b). At the end of the work, 97b: a drawing on the subject; 98a: There is an Arabic explanation on the subject. MS 353: The work consists of 13 chapters. 354 AD: The work conveys the distances of various cities in the "ekalim-i seb'a" from China to Morocco to Istanbul, how to calculate these distances, and geographical information on such subjects. At the end of the work, there are various drawings in 133b-134b. 355 AD: There are 5 small tables in the treatise. The work is also known as Taun Treatise. 356 AD: It is the translation of Gazzâlî's (d. 505-1111) Arabic work into Turkish.
