Kitab man la yahzarouhou al-fakih, treatise on Shiite law, by Abou Djaʿfar Mohammad ibn ʿAli ibn al-Hosaïn ibn Mousa, nicknamed al-Shaïkh al-Sadouk and Ibn Babawaiyyih al-Koummi († in 381 of the hegira / 991-992, in Rayy). This treatise, the Tahzib and the Istibsar of al-Shaïkh al-Tousi, the Kitab al-Kafi of al-Kolaini, form the four fundamental books of Shiite law. Volumes I and II.
