Notes
The copyist generally wrote the text in black ink, and used red ink to write titles and expressions such as: ((his saying)), ((I said)), ((this)), ((tell me)), ((narration)), and so on, on a newly made Kaghad. The first is an index of the contents of the copy. The beginning of it also has the seal of Muhammad Abd al-Hay, and an entry in his handwriting, from which it appears that this copy was copied from the copy that bears the entry at the end of Ibn Hajar, and that he matched it to that copy. Copied: See: Brockelmann Appendix 2/75.
Sample Text
His saying: ((The Book of Remembrances for Hajj)) I said that the Sheikh mentioned that he singled out the Remembrances for travel, and he will come - God Almighty willing - and that he summarized the hadiths related to Hajj, and he contented himself with pointing out by saying: It is recommended to say it, and if he wants to enter ihram, he should take a bath. Abu Al-Abbas Ahmed bin Ali bin Yahya bin Tamim Al-Hashimi told me about what I read to him in Damascus
