The ninth part of it is the narration of Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Ubaidullah bin Yahya bin Zakaria Al-Bay’a. Written by the transcriber of the first part of the collection. It was narrated by Abu Al-Ghanaim Muhammad bin Ali on the authority of the sale.

“...I said to him: An honorable woman, let her go, so he released her and returned her to her family. Abu Yahya said: “The last council that Abu Abdullah bin Al-Mahamli dictated to us. Abu Abdullah fell ill eleven days after he spoke at this council, and he died, may God have mercy on us and him, on Wednesday... for the remaining eight of the month of Shaban in the year three hundred and thirty.” And after: “The end of the ninth part. "The offer reached its original point."
