The author talked about the four elements, then about the humors, then about the body’s organs and the diseases that afflict them. Then about food and its benefits...then about sleep and managing the four seasons, then about bloodletting...etc. The book has many comments, benefits and titles, and the copy was received in a second copy.

When it became apparent to me that the insistence of me put an explanation on the pamphlet that I called Al-Naqaya. It included a summary of fourteen sciences, keeping in mind the utmost brevity, and depositing in its words what people have published in major books.
