Sample Text Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and upon all his family and companions. As for what follows, this is a summary of the signs of the Mahdi - may God be pleased with him - from about seventy hadiths with the chains of transmission deleted and folded out, which I selected from the hadiths and narrations mentioned in a treatise written by the sign of his time, Sheikh Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti - may God bless his secret - he called it the pink custom in choosing the Mahdi, and the book of pearls in choosing the Awaited Mahdi by the scholar Yusuf bin Yahya bin Ali al-Maqdisi al-Shafi’i - may God Almighty have mercy on them. Then a treatise was written by one of the scholars of the era, the Mufti of the Two Holy Mosques, Shihab al-Din Ahmad bin Hajar al-Haytami al-Shafi’i - may God Almighty have mercy on them - God Almighty (sic) and he called it the brief statement about the signs of the Awaited Mahdi. I made this summary of mine into four chapters, and I called it a summary of the statement on the signs of Mahdi at the end of time
