The text is within a frame, and it is followed. I researched Revealing Suspicions and The Gift of Knowers, but I could not find the attribution of this letter to Ibn Kamal Pasha, so please review that.

Know that the wording with which I intend is different from the meaning assigned to it, if it is left out of use in the one from whom it is transmitted, then it is a customary narration if its conveyor is a general custom, such as an animal with four legs, and a conventional one, if it is a specific custom, such as a verb... and a legal one, if it is a legal one, such as prayer and fasting.
