And after: In ancient times, we had written footnotes to the new explanation of abstraction, and when they were in circulation and on tongues, a vein of nervousness and envy pulsed through some of the people of the country, and at times they responded to plagiarism, and at other times to raise suspicions... so we decided to reject them... We called them: “abstractions of footnotes and constructions of footnotes.”
