Within the system is the hadith that says, “A hundred reformers of the religion will be sent to each head.” He counted among them Omar bin Abdul Aziz and others up to the tenth hundred. He went on to mention the conditions for the reformers, followed by an explanation of them and then a translation by Imam al-Tirmidhi, in folio 124.
