As for what follows: Praise be to God. He is the opening of every book... I warn you about your slumber, you who are indulging in your recitation and taking the study of the Qur’an as an action... That is why the surahs of the Qur’an and its verses are limited to six types: three of which are the important precedents and foundations, and three of which are the specific, complementary antecedents and sequels.
