Notes	The author summarized Al-Sighnaqi’s explanation of the book “Al-Hidaya” by Al-Marghinani, and Haji Khalifa mentions that Sheikh Omar bin Muhammad Al-Khabazi wrote a footnote on “Al-Hidaya”, which Muhammad or Mahmoud bin Ahmed Al-Qunawi took and completed it until the end of “Al-Hidaya” and called it “Takmila al-Fawa’id”, its pages are bound in red.
Sample Text	The Book of Rents: Rent is a contract for benefits in exchange for compensation, because rent in the language is the sale of benefits, and by analogy, it is permissible because the person contracted is entitled to the benefit, which is non-existent, and adding ownership to what is available is not valid unless we have permitted it due to the people’s need for it, and its validity has been attested by the monuments, which is his saying, peace be upon him: “Give the worker his wages before his sweat dries up...”
