Praise be to God, that is enough... As for what follows... Mention of the virtue of death and that it is better than life. It was narrated by Ibn Al-Mubarak in Al-Zuhd, Ibn Abi Al-Dunya in Mention of Death, Al-Tabarani in his Great Dictionary, and Al-Hakim in Al-Mustadrak on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Omar who said that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “The masterpiece of the believer is death.”
