And after that, the first scholars were made by God as a mercy to others to exert their approach in controlling the rulings of Islam... And the book The Rulings of Endowments is by the distinguished Imam Abu Bakr Ahmad bin Amr Al-Khasaf... Since he was the mainstay in this art... I shortened it to a book that contained what was in it of the objectives... and I called it Al-Isaf fi Rulings on Endowments.
