Sample Text	When the book of leasing finished explaining the ownership of assets without compensation, which is a gift, it began to explain the ownership of benefits with consideration, which is a lease, and gave priority to the first over the second because the assets take precedence over the benefits, and because the first involves the absence of compensation, and the second involves compensation and non-existence takes precedence over existence. Then the lease contract has a special occasion.
