This is a piece from the first part that the library inspectors did not recognize, not even Ibn Abd al-Hadi in his “catalogue.” When he listed the contents of the entirety of this piece, he expressed this by saying (49/1): “A part about disputed issues”! It appears from his words that there were other parts at the end of the collection that are not present in it now!
