This is the book “Tricks in Wars, Conquest of Cities, and Preservation of Paths” from the rule of Dhul-Qarnayn, Alexander Ibn Philip the Greek. It was found in Demas in Alexandria between two stones, one facing the other, written in Greek and translated into Arabic.
