Perhaps it is in the author’s handwriting. According to al-Baghdadi, its title is: Summary of Epistles on the Virtue of Mecca. The author’s name was mentioned in the compiler’s card: “Muhammad Bey, Muhammad al-Hanafi al-Naqshbandi.” The copyist or compiler (according to the compiler’s opinion) wrote it in generally black ink, and used red ink to write the chapters only. Some of the brothers, who were interested in doing good deeds, asked me to write a letter containing an explanation of the virtues of honorable Mecca and Medina, small in size and large in terms of meanings and systems, and desirable for performing the acts of Hajj and visiting whoever is far or near.
