It is part of God’s care for His servants that He legislated rulings and explained what is permissible and what is forbidden as a means that will improve their livelihood and save them in the future. And when He knew that they were numerous and that their powers were incapable of controlling them, they were spread out. He gave them evidence and linked them to signs and tricks. He nominated a group of those whom He chose to derive them and enabled them to write them down after taking them from their sources and sources.
