Notes Manuscript written by the author; The Journal of Judicial Rulings was compiled by: Ahmed Jawdat, head of the Court of Judicial Rulings, Al-Sayyid Khalil, Saif Al-Din, Ahmed Khulusi, Ahmed Helmy, Muhammad Amin Al-Jundi, and Alaa Al-Din Bin Abdeen. Majalla: These are the rulings that are used in the courts in the countries of the Ottoman Caliphate. The commentator was one of the notables of Damascus in the thirteenth century and a half of the fourteenth century. The manuscript was written by Jamil al-Shatti, p. 426, and it contains a translation of his father, Hussein bin Ismail al-Ghazi, who died in the year 1322 AH. Then he mentions his children; Some words and article numbers are written in red, the pages are tabulated in red and blue, and at the end of the copy it is confirmed by the author’s sheikhs.
