He is: Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Muhib al-Din Abi Muhammad Abdullah bin Ahmed al-Maqdisi al-Salhi, who died in the year 789 AH. Sheikh Nasir al-Din al-Albani mentioned this in the Hadith Index, pp. 106-108, in comparison with Ibn al-Muhib’s book “The Attributes of the Lord of the Worlds” in al-Majmu’ No. (57). The copy came in a confused order from folio (135-138) BC, then from folio (166-173) BC. Their order is as follows: (147, 168, 167, 135-137, 138-143, 170, 144-146, 172, 171, 148, 166, 173).
