Ismail Pasha attributed the book in the gift of knowledgeable people to Ibn Hisham Al-Nahwi. It seems that it is by the author of the biography, and he begins by mentioning the chain of transmission of the narration, and the transmitter says on the authority of the author: Abu Muhammad Abd al-Malik ibn Hisham told us. The book has another copy, No. 691, in the Library of the Chief Writer in Sulaymaniyah, copied in the year 631 AH in a Moroccan script very similar to Kufic. Accordingly, these two copies are older than the Indian copy, which was copied in the year 1034 AH, and the British copy, which was copied in the year 1031 AH, according to what their Yemeni investigator mentioned. This copy has a commentary and its leaves are colored yellow, green and red.
