He was born in Isfahan and came to Baghdad as a young man. He lived in Damascus and lived in his school known as Al-Amadiyah, where he wrote many great works. He wrote many great works Al-Athari, in his introduction to the first part - this: (pp. 9-81). It was published in two parts, in the publications of the Iraqi Scientific Academy: The first part: verified, compiled, and explained by: Professor Muhammad Bahja Al-Athari, and its original was prepared and its copies were opposed, and its indexes were made by: Dr. Jamil Saeed (Baghdad 1955, 437 pages). This part ends at the middle of folio 110 Manuscript, Part Two: Verified by: Professor Muhammad Bahja al-Athari (Baghdad 1964, 439 pages). Al-Imad al-Isbahani compiled his “Kharidah” into twelve parts, dividing it into four sections: The first section: The poets of Al-Aj, Persia, and Khurasan. The third section: The poets of the Levant, Mosul, and the neighboring countries Yemen. Section Four: Egyptian poets and their works, and the poets of Sicily, Morocco, and Andalusia. Added to the end of footnote (1): and “Journal of the Institute of Arabic Manuscripts” (22 [Cairo 1976] p. 223; serial 303 among the manuscripts photographed by the Institute’s mission from Morocco, 1975).

The Basmala... Praise be to God, who has left behind the souls of meanings and the ghosts of words..., so I compiled and wrote this book, and named it: Al-Qasr and Al-Asr Newspaper. I divided this book into sections: The first section: The eminent people of Baghdad, and what happens with it in the country.
