Subject Poetic riddles, which are a collection of answers composed in poetry by a number of sheikhs in Cairo, in response to various poetic riddles composed by Hussein bin Issa bin Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Muslim bin Yahya bin Al-Aleef, known as the poet of Batha. They were brought to Cairo by Ahmad bin Nizam al-Din Bahram al-Makki al-Shafi’i, in the year 849 AH, and those sheikhs wrote their answers to them in poetry.

Notes The entire collection is in the usual script. Its copyist mentioned his name at the end of the sixth letter, and he is Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Abbasi in the year 859 AH. At the beginning is an index of its contents. It was owned by a number of owners: 1- Mahmoud bin Ismail al-Hanafi on Jumada al-Ula 6, 866 AH. 2- Othman bin Ahmed bin Ahmed. 3- Muhyi bin Abdul Rahim Al-Hanafi Al-Alwani. 4- Sayyed Hassan bin Ahmed Al-Kawakibi Al-Zahrawi.
Sample Text Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and all his companions. And after that, it was reported to the Sheikh, the only Imam, the scholar, the Hafiz, the Hasib, the relative, Abd al-Salam al-Baghdadi al-Hanafi.
