In the notebook written by Hagia Sophia, it was mentioned that the name of the author was: Sharif al-Jurjani, who died in the year 816 AH, but the text of the letter included the phrase: “And the explanation of Mawla Adhud al-Din and its footnotes by Sharif al-Jurjani” that refutes this claim.

A chapter with regard to what was mentioned in the explanation of Al-Mawla Adud Al-Millah wal-Din... The commentator said... Or for Al-Taftazani, the interpretation of Al-Qadi, Al-Sharif Al-Jurjani’s explanation of Al-Kashshaf and its footnotes, and the explanation of the positions, and what is related to each of them is outlined.
